BRC HAT RULE CHANGES FOR 2016

Below is the NDG training schedule for the coming season. It is important to keep your eye on this schedule for updates as new dates will be added throughout the season. Please Note: Training sessions are for club members only, although one-off clinics may be open to non members at the organisers discretion.

EQUINE FLU OUTBREAK - ADVICE
Please Note: Due to the recent outbreak of equine flu, all competitors and people riding at our events will be required to send a photo of their passport prior to the competition to the competition organsier to demonstrate correct vaccinations are in place. Please do not bring your passports to present on the day.
Any horse whose last annual vaccination was over 6 months ago, is advised to have a booster vaccination done, however this is not compulsory to compete. Any booster administered must be done so at least 7 days prior to the competition, as per FEI Rules.

Booking
For booking and payment for training please check with the organiser of the training sessions with regard to availability, payment and notice required for withdrawals. Please do not leave voice mails or messages for organisers to return calls.

Health & Safety
During ALL club activities (competitions and training), everyone mounted must wear a hard hat to at least British Riding Clubs minimum standard, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened; boots with a heel and smooth sole and for cross country the correct body protection. Failure to do so will entail elimination. Medical armbands are also required for cross country. A complete set of rules is contained in "British Riding Club's Official Rules", obtainable from BHS bookshop - 0871 201918 or www.britishhorse.com. You can also contact any member of the committee for clarification.
Refund policy
Cancellation of Competitions:
- Class refundS will be provided, however this will NOT include HorseMonkeyM or Stripe fees. This is classed as an administration fee.
- Entries can be transferred to another competition within the same competition season.
Teams:
- Once a member has paid for a place on a team then refunds will not be provided if they pull out.
- If a replacement can be found and the place filled then a refund can be offered without the HM or Stripe fee (if applicable).
- Should a member withdraw due to serious illness or injury then the refund should be reviewed in each individual circumstances.
Membership:
- No refunds.
Training:
- No refunds unless place can be filled. If an event is cancelled monies can be refunded without HM or Stripe fee. In additional they can be transferred to another training event.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Entries can be transferred for like for like events.
- No HM or Stripe fees to be refunded. This is an administration fee.
- No top-ups although consideration would be given on merit for a cash top up towards another event. (This would save the member/non-member money in the long run)
